Walking down copper street Where the street lamps laugh and the bed posts creak And I'm stumbling my way home There's all these people left With little after the false king's theft Of their gnawed an ragged bones Chorus: They say there's a truth that will get us over We'll stay young while the kings and queens get older Because underneath their gold They ain't got much in the way of hope Because the only thing is love There's all these little princes Building towers hoping it convinces us They've got other big things too I want to show them all the music And the heart and soul they might Just enjoy our shoes (Chorus) All the cranes and chains Won't matter anyway When their days turn to pain And their tears fall like rain (Chorus)

about

This is the second EP Imlac has released and promises a rockier, bluesier sound than the folky "Black Fire" EP - a mixture of rock, folk and blues songs with an astral tone, this EP digs up a broader, rawer sound.
